Check Eligibility
Ensure your items are in brand-new, resaleable condition with all original packaging and tags attached. Custom-made or heat-molded boots may be subject to specific restrictions.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange for a different size.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your skates or accessories and attach the provided shipping label. Drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality control, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
